One late Friday evening, Fabio and his family were eating dinner at home, when he started feeling some pain in his chest, and suddenly collapsed on the dining table. His wife rushed to his side and tried to revive him. When that failed, she quickly dialed 911, while one of his children called their parish priest. Father Rufus reached Fabio’s house before the ambulance arrived. Inside the ambulance, Father Rufus was able to obtain a good confession from Fabio, and performed the Last Rites on him. Fabio unfortunately, died on the way to the hospital, but Father Rufus said he had forgiven all of Fabio’s sins. At his burial, family members recalled that all his life, Fabio was a loving husband, a devoted father and
a respected citizen, esteemed for his outstanding achievements. His priest delivered the eulogy and proclaimed to the bereaving family and friends that: Fabio had a good heart, faithfully served the holy Mother
and the church, worshiped the pope, prayed to the virgin Mary, and saints, and was baptized as an infant. Also, his priest declared that Fabio was on his way to Heaven, because as a faithful lay man, Fabio attained,
before he died, six of the seven sacraments, namely: (Baptism, Matrimony, Confirmation, The Eucharist, Penance and Extreme Unction,
which is The Last Rites). As a result of all the prayers and masses offered on his behalf, he will have a great joy in Heaven after spending some time in purgatory. Meanwhile, at the end of the world, after the Great Tribulation, Fabio’s soul and body came back to life. He and millions of other people who died from the beginning of the world witnessed the resurrection prophesied in Revelation 20:12-15: “And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and the books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them; and they were judged every man according to their works” In Heaven, the angel of the Lord directed Fabio to the Judgment Seat of the Lord Jesus Christ surrounded by Father Adam, Mother Eve and all their descendants.“And I saw a great white throne and Him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away, and there was found no place for them” Revelation 20:10. Fabio was excited that he was in Heaven, but when the angel looked for Fabio’s name, it was missing from The Book of Life. He started to argue with the angel, but the Lord said: “Depart from Me, you cursed into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels”
(Matthew 25:41). ROMAN CATHOLICS AND GREAT MORALS
Suddenly Fabio became red in the face when he realized that he was going to be
sent to the lake of fire. He knelt down and fell on his face to worship
and proclaimed, O Lord, I worship you. Please show mercy on your faithful servant. My parents took me to a Catholic school where I acquired excellent Christian morals. I was faithful to my wife; I never stole from anyone, I paid my taxes and tithes, I was a regular churchgoer and loved people. Yes, the Catholic church taught great morals, but that was not enough to admit anyone into Heaven, the Lord said. Great morals are fruits of obedience. Millions of morally decent people will hear these words: “And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from
Me, ye that work iniquity”
(Matthew 7:23). "Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams”
(1 Samuel 15:22).
WE ARE SAVED BY GRACE THRU FAITH Fabio recalled all the good things he did for his church and community as a well-known philanthropist. The Lord reminded him of Ephesians 2:8-9 “For by grace you are saved through faith and that not of your selves; it is the gift of GOD not of works lest any man should boast” Fabio explained that his priest assured him that he would spend some time in purgatory before enjoying paradise in Heaven.
PURGATORY AND ETERNAL LIFE The Lord replied: That is a lie: Purgatory is nowhere in the Holy Bible. “…it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment” (Hebrews 9:27). The only places mentioned in the Bible are hades and sheol where the sinful and unsaved go after death until their soul is resurrected to face Judgment. In Luke 16:19-31, the rich man died, and later found himself in hades where he was tormented all day for his wickedness and selfishness, while Lazarus went to Abraham’s bosom to receive spiritual blessings
and comfort.Moreover, the Lord continued, no priest can assure anyone of Eternal Life. It is only through My Word that you can obtain such an assurance. “These things I have written unto you that believe in the name of the Son of God, that ye may know that ye have Eternal Life, and that ye may believe in the name of the Son of God”
(1st John 5:13). INFANT BAPTISM AND TRUE REPENTANCE Excuse me, Lord, Fabio pleaded. Please bear with me. As a Christian, I received salvation by baptismal regeneration when I was baptized as an infant. My priest said my baptism cleansed me of original sin.
Blasphemy, said the Lord. My Holy Word warns “…Repent, and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost”
(Acts 2:38). My Word requires that before anyone is baptized, they must be old enough to know what sin means, then repent of it and confess the sin to God. An infant is unable to understand what repentance means nor profess allegiance to Christ, and undergo baptism.
THOU SHALT NOT MAKE UNTO THEE GRAVEN IMAGES Fabio again pleaded: But, Lord I prayed to your mother, the blessed virgin Mary, the Queen of Heaven, and co-redemptress, and bowed down to her image, just as all the popes and priests did.
IDOLATRY The Lord calmly replied, That is idolatry, and My Word says no idolater shall enter Heaven. Where in the Holy Bible do you find those titles, and the idolatrous practice of worshiping My earthly mother? That is blasphemy, and
a disrespect to Me! Exodus 20:4-5 “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God
Am a jealous God”. "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone, which is the second death"
(Revelation 21:8). If I wanted anyone to worship My earthly mother, My disciples would have been the first to practice it. “Neither is their salvation in any other: for there is none other name under Heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).“But the hour cometh and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth; for the Father seeketh such to worship Him. God is a Spirit, and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth"
(John 4:23-24).
CONFESSION OF SINS Fabio protested: Lord, what about the penance sacraments, where I regularly confessed
my sins to my priest and obtained sanctifying grace? That is another blasphemy and a rebellion against God. My Word says “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness”
(1st John 1:9). “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the Kingdom of God? Be not deceived: Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor the effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind”
(1st Corinthians 6:9). JESUS CHRIST IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me” John 14:6. Contrary to your beliefs, all Christians
“…are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood…” (1st Peter 2:9).
EUCHARIST SACRAMENT AND ONGOING SACRIFICE What about the Eucharist sacrament, Lord? Fabio blurted out. I attended mass twice a week and I consumed your actual body and blood, which was an ongoing sacrifice at Calvary. The Lord asked:
"Fabio, where in the Bible do you find such lies? The Eucharist are elements that represented my broken body and shed blood and was a memorial ceremony in remembrance of my atoning death: it was not my actual body or blood. The
Blood that I shed on Calvary’s Cross was the final and only Atonement needed to cleanse
all sin." “…and the Blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin”
(1st John 1:7). FORGIVENESS OF SINS Fabio wanted to exonerate himself, and said:
"Lord, during my meetings with Father Rufus I confessed my sins to him, and he forgave me." The Son of God reminded Fabio that no priest, pope or pastor has the power to forgive sins. The Lord said “I am the Only One who can forgive sins.”“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness”
(1st John 1:9). “When Jesus saw their faith,
He said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee. But that ye may know that the Son of Man hath power on earth to forgive sins… ”
(Mark 2:5,10). Fabio gave up
trying to defend himself and inquired:
"Lord, if I am going to the lake of fire because of my false doctrine, then the Roman Catholic Church has deceived about half of the world’s population. It was not our fault. Why, Lord, did you not warn us that we were in a false and idolatrous doctrine? Don’t you love the Roman Catholic Church?"
DECEPTION OF THE ROMAN CATHOLICISM
"I LOVED THEM," replied the Lord Jesus Christ. "That was the reason I warned them through My Holy Bible. Many Christians who loved Roman Catholics referred you to The Bible, warning
you about the doctrine of adding works to salvation; the idolatry of worshiping and praying to Mary, images, dead saints, the rosary, confession of sins to priests, infant baptism, the wrong conception of the Eucharist sacrament,
etc. Instead of obeying the Holy Bible, you believed
man-made laws that came from your priests and popes, and closed your hearts to
the true believers." The Roman Catholic Church was too confident of its catechism instead of My Holy Bible. You took offense at Christians who tried to share the True Gospel of how to receive forgiveness of your sins and to obtain the assurance of Eternal Life. You thought those Christians hated Roman Catholics and unjustifiably attacked your church. Your Roman Catholicism deceived you when it said that
no one can be certain that he is saved and on his way to Heaven. But My Word says “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth My Word, and believeth on Him that sent Me, hath Everlasting Life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life”
(John 5:24). I warned the Roman Catholic Church in Revelation 18:4 “And I heard another voice from Heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”WHAT MUST I DO TO BE SAVED? The Lord said,
"Fabio, because you followed the false doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church, you are going to spend eternity in the lake of fire." Fabio,
desiring to exonerate himself at the judgment in Heaven asked if he could receive the Lord Jesus and reject the Roman Catholic’s false religion. He started to pray the sinner’s prayer, but he heard the disappointing verdict from the Lord:
"No, Fabio, only those who are still alive in the world may repent and accept Me as Savior. Once you die, it is
useless to think you could go to Heaven and repent there. There is no repentance on the Judgment Day.
The verdict is “Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels”
(Matthew 25:41). "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" And they said, "Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house"
(Acts 16:30-31). BELIEVE IN THE LORD JESUS CHRIST ALONE FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF YOUR SINS Beloved, if you have just read this drama, you have a unique opportunity to reject Roman Catholicism now before you die. Please, don’t close your mind as Fabio did. Find out the truth from The Holy Bible, and about how God wants us to worship Him. If you are a Roman Catholic,
place your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ alone for the forgiveness of your sin unto salvation, and not in the Roman Catholic sacraments, not
in the words of priests, popes, penance, rosary, indulgence, nor prayers to saints and graven images, which are pure idolatry and rebellion against God. Roman Catholicism is idol worship, and those who follow this doctrine will not go to Heaven. God loves you. John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life” Amen!
