JUSTIFICATION BY FAITH THROUGH GOD'S AMAZING GRACE:

FIRST CENTURY GOSPEL CHURCH teaches that by GOD'S GRACE, if we GENUINELY REPENT of our sins, through FAITH, BELIEVE in JESUS CHRIST as our LORD, OBEY and SURRENDER our LIFE to HIM as our SAVIOR, and are BORN AGAIN of the HOLY SPIRIT, our BLESSED LORD JESUS CHRIST gives us FULL JUSTIFICATION by FAITH in HIM AND ETERNAL SALVATION! AMEN

LOVING JESUS CHRIST:

If you [really] love Me, [the Lord Jesus Christ] you will keep (obey) My commands. Amen

(John 14:15, Amplified Bible)

OBEDIENCE TO GOD'S COMMANDMENTS  AS FREE MORAL AGENTS:

“Then it shall come to pass, because you listen to these judgments, and keep and  do them, that the LORD your God will keep with you the covenant and the mercy which He swore to your fathers. And He will love you and bless you and multiply you; He will also bless the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your land, your grain and your new wine and your oil, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flock, in the land of which He swore to your fathers to give you. You shall be blessed above all peoples; there shall not be a male or female barren among you or among your livestock." Amen
(Deuteronomy 7:12-14, NKJV Bible)

HOW CAN I BE SURE OF ETERNAL LIFE? ONCE SAVED... ALWAYS SAVED?

It is important for you as a True Christian or True Believer to be assured of your Eternal Security based upon the Word of GOD.  FIRST, you must have repented of your sins and surrendered your life completely to the Lord Jesus Christ and have faith in Him to save you.

You must believe that the Almighty God is your Father and that you have been granted Eternal Life, by faith in Jesus Christ, based upon God's Grace and Mercy.  Also, it is especially important for you to believe that you have Eternal Assurance based upon your repentance, confession of sins, and acceptance of our Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior, and the Holy Ghost dwelling inside of you.

As a True Believer in Christ you must ask for the power of the Holy Ghost to give you the confidence to believe in Eternal Life based upon your obedience to GOD's Commandments.  Since feelings change due to the tricks and doubts of the devil, the assurance we have must ultimately depend on the written Word of God.

Below are four verses from the Holy Bible that provide the assurances that you are Eternally Secured.  You may want to memorize these verses, to help you gain the confidence in God's salvation.

1.   “These things I have written unto you that believe in the name of the Son of God, that ye may know that ye have Eternal Life, and that ye may believe in the name of the Son of God.” (1 John 5:13, KJV Bible)

a.   “I write this to you who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) the name of the Son of God [in the peculiar services and blessings conferred by Him on men], so that you may know [with settled and absolute knowledge] that you [already] have life, yes, Eternal Life.” (1 John 5:13, Amplified Bible)

2.   “Verily, verily I say unto you, he that heareth My Word and believeth in Him that sent Me, hath Everlasting Life and shall not come into condemnation, but is passed from death unto life.” (John 5:24, King James Version Bible)

a.   “I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, the person whose ears are open to My Words [who listens to My Message] and believes and trusts in and clings to and relies on Him Who sent Me has (possesses now) Eternal Life. And he does not come into judgment [does not incur sentence of judgment, will not come under condemnation], but he has already passed over out of death into life.”  (John 5:24, Amplified Bible)

3.   “And this is the record: that God hath given to us Eternal Life, and this life is in His Son. 12He that hath the Son hath life, and he that hath not the Son hath not life.” (1 John 5:11-23, King James Version Bible)

a.   “And this is that testimony (that evidence): God gave us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. 12He who possesses the Son has that life; he who does not possess the Son of God does not have that life.”
(1 John 5:11-12,
Amplified Bible)

4.   For God so loved the world, that He gave His Only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved.  (John 3:16,17, KJV)

a.   For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His Only begotten (Unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have Eternal (Everlasting) Life. For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him. (John 3:16,17, Amplified Bible)

   Amen!

We pray that these Holy Words from God have helped you to gain the blessings and promises that our Lord Jesus Christ has purchased for you and me with His Precious Blood at Calvary.
